COLD HEADING QUALITY WIRES

Cold heading is basically a way of forming wire into a given shape without the need for heat. The process involves striking blows to a length of wire inserted in a die. The force of the blow or blows causes the metal to flow into a restricted die cavity. Cold Heading Material is used extensively in the manufacturing of fastening systems such as but not limited to rivets, fasteners, pin, screws, bolts and washers. We draw material for Cold
Heading Application from 2.5mm Dia to 25mm Dia. We offer broad range of coatings and Lubricants, coupled with superior metallurgical consistency, ensure peak performance under demanding conditions of heat and pressure.
